What’s included

We will begin our mornings together with an invigorating yoga practice in the Sol Sanctuary Yoga Shala. We will practice amongst nature and maybe be lucky enough to encounter an animal or two.
Chef prepared farm-to-table meals balancing fresh, healthy and delicious. Dietary restrictions and preferences can be accommodated for a small fee per person.

LUNCH: CHILI CHICKEN CON QUESO BURRITO SERVED WITH A HOMEMADE SALSA

Our private pool is equipped with lounge chairs, a water fall, a swim up smoothie bar and an outdoor shower to cool off!
Sol Sanctuary is a short 10 minute walk from the beach!
Your flight is not included, however all transportation to and from Liberia Airport is included!
All scheduled excursion transportation is also included.
Immerse yourself in Costa Rican nature and wildlife at our jungle sanctuary. Wake up to the calls of our local howler monkey troop. Only a 10 minute walk to Playa Grande.

Are you coming?

This retreat is centered around a support system. If you are joining it is because you honor that all people deserve to feel safe, respected, and empowered to be exactly who they are. While there will be group activities and daily meals, you are absolutely entitled to explore and experience Costa Rica in your own way as well. Sol Sanctuary is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free facility. There are many local spots should you have the itch for a glass of wine or margarita along the way, just not on property.

The lodging is a mix of studios and two bedroom suites. We have limited our accommodations to 10 people if booking independetly. This way everyone gets their own room. Should you want to split a room with a friend, let me know!

All rooms are private unless you would like to share a room with a friend! We will not book any rooms as a shared room unless you request this.

FAQs

Your final payment will be due no later than 10/31/2025. Deposits will not be refundable. Early bird discount expires 6/1.
50/50 payment plan available. 50% of the remaining payment will be due 5/31 and the remaining 50% will be due 10/31.
Terms and Conditions
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to review and understand our cancellation policies, as no exceptions will be made for any reason, including weather, illness, injury, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, failure to attend, or incomplete participation. In the event that a retreat is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, all payments will be refunded in full. Please note that itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, excursions, and unforeseen delays.
